“I am very fortunate that I am able to spend my days doing what I love to do.
I love to help.”

I LOVE TO DO:
Like many others, you sometimes find your true passion and calling in life when you are at your lowest. I am no exception.
THIS IS MY STORY
Looking back I now recognise that my life took me on many beautiful paths, preparing me for my future. One of the most memorable started in about 2005, I started to get severe pain in the right side of my face. I began my exhausting experience, looking for the solution for the pain. After many dental treatments, anti biotics for “sinus infections”, medication for migraines. After several years of unbearable pain I was finally diagnosed with both typical and atypical trigeminal neuralgia (2007/8). Desperate for help, I tried numerous forms of medicine, each with their own destructive side effects and still no relief from my pain. I needed another form of healing.
I found Tai Chi. Tai chi allowed me to move constantly, challenged me mentally (learning the forms) and relaxed me. The combination helped to reduce my pain. I practiced daily and my passion for Tai chi got stronger. I changed my diet and my life style. It took sometime to wean myself off the medication and to be pain free again. I did it though.
It was then that I decided I needed to help people who are in pain, help them to get a better quality of life.
